Raw Chocolate Mousse

 

Here’s a quick, easy and healthy dessert recipe from my friend Jenn

 

Here’s what you need:

  • 4 ripe mashed avocados
  • 1⁄3 cup agave nectar
  • 1⁄2 cup raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Extra pinch of love


 

 

Optional: Before eating, try sprinkling and stirring in some unhulled hemp protein seeds for some extra protein and health benefits!

 Here’s what you do:

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend or process until smooth. If you have trouble blending in your blender, you can add a little water or almond milk or try a hand mixer. Refrigerate, and enjoy!
